Beneq's Nanoparticle Synthesizer NBS 500 is designed for producing various functional nanoparticles on a laboratory scale.
The functional nanoparticles are generated by using patented nHALO® burner system. Various raw materials, e.g., metal nitrates, alkoxides and sulphates can be used to feed in the active elements of the nanoparticles. The produced nanoparticles are directly collected into a separate barrel for further analysis and use. The system produces nanoparticles typically in the range of 10 to 100 nm (10-9 m), with size ranges of 50 - 100 nm for metal oxide particles and 10 to 50 nm for noble metal particles. Moreover, the synthesis of different multicomponent nanoparticles can be realized with NBS 500.
