nOPTO - the Ultimate Optical Coatings in 3D

Producing accurate optical thin films on 3D surfaces is well-known challenge for existing thin film deposition methods. The high accuracy is needed especially in Fabry-Perot structures, AR-coatings, mirrors and high quality optical filters.

The nOPTO^TM process is capable to deposit both dielectric and conductive films based oxide, nitride, polymer and metal materials. The deposition accuracy and repeatability are typically in range of 1% all around the optical surface.

Refractive indexes for some nOPTO films
• Al₂O₃, n=1.64, deposited at 200°C
• TiO₂, n=2,42, deposited at 200°C
