PRESS RELEASE: 25 January 2007

In order to simplify the ownership structure two Beneq companies merge into one. The former Beneq Oy has been taken out from the commercial register as of 31.12.2006 and the operations are continued by Beneq Holding Oy alone, which at the same time will change its name into Beneq Oy. Thus in practice all the operations continue as earlier with the only visible change the Business Identity number. As of today the business identity code of Beneq Oy is FI19563372.
