The application enables controlled coating of a wide variety of substrate materials, such as metal, plastic, glass and ceramics with biocompatible materials in industrial scale. Coating of complex 3-D structures with uniform ultra-thin biocompatible films starting from thicknesses of only a few nanometers is possible with Beneq nBIOCOMP technology.
