nAERO^TM - Aerosol Based Coating Process for TCO-coatings

Beneq has developed a novel Aerosol Based Coating (nAERO^TM) process which meets the requirements set by today's advanced applications on glass.
In the nAERO^TM process, submicron droplets are directly deposited on hot glass and forming a uniform coating film. The fast diffusion rate, large evaporation rate and high surface area of the submicron aerosol ensure a rapid coating growth rate. As the deposition process can be easily scaled, the process can be applied to the transport speeds of glass production and post-processing activities. The main applications for nAERO^TM are low-emissivity and TCO-coatings on glass.
