FCS 2000
Functional Coating System FCS 2000 for off-line industrial coating

The Beneq FCS 2000 is designed for continuous off-line coating of large-area substrate surfaces. It is a versatile coating station that can be equipped for both nHALO® and nAERO® based applications, such as glass coloring, surface doping or modification and Low-e.
The FCS 2000 has opened a new chapter in thin film glass coating. Firstly, the coating processes, Beneq nAERO and nHALO, are independent Beneq-owned thin film and surface modification technologies that offer the user benefits such as unique coating applications, high yield and tailored coating attibutes as well as safe and secured production steps and routines. The coating equipment can either be designed as an integral part of a new line or integrated into an existing line as a retrofit.
The FCS 2000 was developed to meet the stringent requirements of industrial production. The product design as a whole is robust and reliable, with built-in modularity for future extension. Commercially available, industrially proven components and solutions have been used throughout in order to ensure high quality, serviceability and guaranteed efficiency.
