Aerosol equipment in general
Beneq is sole owner of two unique aerosol coating technologies: aerosol-assisted nAERO® and flame-assisted nHALO®. These enabling coating technologies are the core of what has put us in the lead of manufacturing aerosol equipment for advanced coatings, both off-line and in-line. Our aerosol coating offering includes equipment for research, batch processing and continuous large-area high-volume coating. Applications addressed by Beneq aerosol coating range from transparent conductive oxide (TCO) thin films to nano-scale surface modifications.
Beneq aerosol coating has for long been a pioneer in developing aerosol coatings and equipment for use in continuous production lines. We have a strong background in academic and corporate R&D, and we aim for industrial production and large-scale manufacturing. The equipment range we offer today encompasses equipment that can all house the above-mentioned nHALO and nAERO coating methods. As an additional rendition of nAERO, we have developed cold aerosol coating, which is ideal for coatings of a great variety of raw materials and precursor chemistries. Common features of all our aerosol coating equipment include:
- suitability for industrial production
- high-quality deposition and coatings
- high yield processes
The specific equipment on the following aerosol coating equipment pages represent the most developed single set of coating equipment available today. Below is a list of our aerosol coating equipment offering. All equipment can be equipped with either nHALO or nAERO processes.
- FCS 500, for nanoparticle and coating research
- FCS 2000, for off-line aerosol coating
- FCS 4000F, for in-line aerosol coating
- Beneq-Glaston TFC2000™, TCO-coating for the solar industry (in co-operation with Glaston)
