Beneq aerosol coatings

Beneq provides in-house coatings based on nAERO^® aerosol coating. The equipment requirements for aerosol coatings are defined case-by-case, depending on the applied coating material or materials
(such as sol-gel based anti-reflective (AR) coatings). Our current coating line has been developed especially for testing different aerosol coatings and chemicals on hot or room-temperature substrates.

Our nAERO-based coating line for room-temperature substrates can produce coatings with a film thickness between 20 and 400 nm, the typical target thickness being between 130 and 150 nm. The substrate line speed is adjustable up to 15 m/min.
